Zorvale is currently a pre-incorporation project being developed in the United Arab Emirates. Until a Zorvale operating company is incorporated, these Terms apply between you and Tillmann Kloss, operating Zorvale.

Zorvale is currently offered as a controlled, invitation-only pre-launch service.

Requesting founding access does not create an account, guarantee an invitation or create any entitlement to continued access, particular functionality or future commercial terms.

Individual users must be at least 18 years old. The current pre-launch service must not be used to submit reference images of, or monitor, a person under 18 unless Zorvale has introduced a separate compliant authorisation process for that purpose.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights, permissions and authority necessary to submit every image, talent profile and monitoring instruction you provide to Zorvale.

If you act for another person, model or agency roster, you are responsible for ensuring that your authority covers the processing you instruct Zorvale to perform.

Agency or roster-wide access may require separate data-processing or enterprise terms before it is activated.

Zorvale may surface potential image appearances, technical matches, source information and related signals.

A discovery, similarity signal or technical match is not a determination that a use is unauthorised, infringing, deceptive or otherwise unlawful.

You are responsible for reviewing permissions, contracts, licences, territories, campaign terms and other relevant context before deciding what a discovery means or what action to take.

You must not knowingly present a Zorvale discovery as proof of unlawful conduct when the underlying legal and factual position has not been established.

Zorvale depends in part on external websites, search and discovery providers, infrastructure providers and other third-party services.

Those services are outside Zorvale's control. Their availability, content, coverage, APIs, ranking, indexing and technical behaviour may change or stop without notice.

Zorvale does not guarantee complete internet coverage or uninterrupted access to any external source.

Zorvale may organise URLs, dates, captures, technical observations, review decisions and related records.

Zorvale does not guarantee that any screenshot, capture, record or evidence file will be admissible, sufficient or persuasive in any particular court, tribunal, jurisdiction or dispute.

You may not use Zorvale without appropriate authority, circumvent access controls, interfere with the service, submit unlawful material, misuse third-party information, conduct harassment or intimidation, or make deceptive claims based on Zorvale output.

You are responsible for activity performed through your authorised account and for maintaining control over the email account, authentication method and devices used to access Zorvale.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or authentication method has been compromised.

Zorvale may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, breach of these Terms, protection of third parties or operation of the pre-launch service.

Following termination, Zorvale may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, audit, dispute-resolution or legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Notice.

Zorvale and its software, workflows, design, branding and service materials are owned by or licensed to the Zorvale operator.

You retain the rights you already hold in material you submit. You grant Zorvale only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide, protect and operate the authorised service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorvale is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis during the pre-launch period.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete coverage, error-free matching, a particular discovery rate, evidential admissibility, financial recovery or any particular legal or commercial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zorvale and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation or anticipated recovery arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with Zorvale will not exceed the greater of AED 1,000 or the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, liabilities, claims and reasonable professional costs suffered by Zorvale or its operator to the extent they arise from your material breach of these Terms, your lack of authority to submit or monitor material, your unlawful use of the service, or false or misleading claims you make using Zorvale output.

Zorvale is a technology and workflow service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, create a lawyer-client relationship or automatically determine copyright, publicity, personality, contractual or other legal rights.

Where formal legal action may be appropriate, obtain advice from appropriately qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.

Zorvale is intended to be operated through a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.

Following incorporation, the operator may assign or transfer the operation of Zorvale and related contractual rights and obligations to that company. We will give appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where applicable law requires it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
